A distinguished Pastor, Educator, Administrator, and Mentor, Dr. Paul brings over 30 years of experience in Adventist education, pastoral ministry, and healthcare education, positioning him to lead transformative initiatives in holistic health and wellness.
Dr. Paul holds a Doctor of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Religion, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. He is also awaiting graduation with a PhD in Healthcare, further solidifying his expertise in health advocacy, patient safety, and healthcare systems. His interdisciplinary knowledge enables him to integrate spiritual leadership with evidence-based healthcare principles, a critical approach to Adventist health ministries.
A Global Thought Leader in Health, Faith, and Technology
Throughout his career, Dr. Paul has made a significant global impact through his academic contributions and professional engagements. He has delivered notable presentations and collaborated with renowned institutions such as Oxford University (Ian Ramsey Center) and Leiden University, enriching discussions on faith, science, and education. A dedicated advocate for creationism, he has been instrumental in global dialogues on the intersection of science and faith.
Dr. Paul has a strong research background in patient safety and healthcare, having written numerous scholarly articles on healthcare quality, safety protocols, and medical best practices. His passion for medical robotics has driven his specialization in the relationship between science, faith, and technology, an area where he continues to explore how innovation can align with biblical principles and ethics.
An Accomplished Author and Educator
As a published author, Dr. Paul has written three books available on Amazon, covering theology, mental health, and wellness, demonstrating his deep commitment to spiritual and psychological well-being. Dr. Paul previously served at Northern Caribbean University (NCU) in the School of Religion and Theology until 2019, where he played a key role in the academic and spiritual formation of students. His expertise in faith, education, and healthcare leadership has shaped countless individuals and institutions worldwide.
