The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Braeton was buzzing with excitement on March 16, 2025, as the Healthy Food Expo transformed the church grounds into a hub of wellness, flavor, and fun. Under the theme Make the Change, Be the Change! patrons eagerly explored the world of healthy living.

The day kicked off with an inspiring charge from Pastor Onell Montaque, followed by a warm welcome from Dr. Immanuel Paul, who encouraged attendees to take charge of their well-being. From there, it was a whirlwind of engaging presentations and hands-on food demos.

Throughout the day, patrons soaked up insights from expert presenters on meal spacing, food combinations, and the link between nutrition and oral health. Meanwhile, the Health Information Station was a major hotspot, where attendees eagerly stepped onto the Smart Body Scale, which provided insights beyond just weight—measuring body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more—helping them take a more informed approach to their health journey.

The energy remained high with lunchtime fitness challenges for all ages—hula hoop contests, pole-balancing games, and lively entertainment by MC Mical Forsythe, who kept the crowd engaged. As the expo wrapped up at 5:00 PM, it was clear this wasn’t just an event—it was a movement. Patrons left feeling inspired, informed, and ready to take charge of their health.

For those unable to attend in person, the event was streamed live on Braeton’s and CJC’s YouTube channels, along with Bless TV, allowing a wider audience to benefit from the expert insights and demonstrations.

With its perfect blend of education, excitement, and empowerment, Healthy Food Expo 2025 was a runaway success—and the countdown to next year’s edition has already begun!
